Making a Purchase
Its easy! Choose from the categories on the home page to take you to a page of products. Select a range. You will then see thumbnail images with prices. If you click on an image it will take you to a larger picture with more details about the product. If you wish to buy a product, just select your product and add to your cart. Once you have finished shopping, view your basket by pressing the 'view basket' button and proceed to checkout. Fill in all the relevant details in order to pay.
We prefer that you pay by Credit/Debit Card online. We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO.
VAT and Pricing
VAT at the current rate is included in the prices shown. All prices are shown in Pound Sterling. Every effort will be made to ensure that prices shown on our website are accurate at the time you place your order. If an error is found prior to despatch of the goods, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling your order. If you cancel, we will refund or re-credit you for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods.
Problems Processing My Order
Please ensure that you enter the correct 'Billing Address' details. The most common problems occur when customers fail to enter the full 'Billing Address'. Please also ensure that you enter the Card Holder Name correctly (as seen on the card) as this can also prevent an order processing.
Delivery and Postage
The ordered goods will be delivered to the address in the UK entered by you on the order form. At present our delivery charges are £8.50 including VAT for any orders under £250.00 including vat. For orders over £250.00 delivery is included *.

Delivery charges relate to UK mainland only. Other areas may be quoted for upon request. All orders are shipped by our vehicles, Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, TNT or other suitable carrier dependant on items ordered. Dates and times quoted for delivery of goods are approximate and we cannot be liable for any delay however caused. If you are not there to receive your goods a storage charge may be applied by the courier company and will be chargeable to you the customer.
Ordered goods will normally be delivered within 7 working days of your order being accepted, unless otherwise notified to you by us and, in any event, within 30 days of your order. If we are unable to deliver the goods within 30 days of your order, we will inform you as soon as possible and you will be entitled to cancel the order and obtain a refund for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods. We will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.
For the avoidance of doubt other goods ordered by you will be dispatched in the normal way.
Any claim by you that any item is defective or not of satisfactory quality, must be notified to us by telephone, e-mail or letter within 7 days from the date of delivery or, where this was not apparent on reasonable inspection, within 7 days after discovery or 30 days after despatch by us, whichever is the earlier. If you do not notify us accordingly, we shall have no liability for such failure or defect.
If you make a valid claim, we shall replace the ordered goods in question free of charge or, refund in full the payment made in respect of such goods, but we will have no further liability for such failure or defect. Such replacement or refund is conditional upon the faulty goods in question having been returned to us. We shall be under no liability in respect of any defect in the goods arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, negligence, abnormal usage conditions, failure to follow instructions (oral or written), misuse or alteration or repair of the ordered goods without our approval.
We shall not be liable to you for any business losses such as loss of profits or consequential damage arising from any failure to supply the goods in accordance with the contract.
Returns Policy and Cancellation Rights
You have the right to cancel standard orders for any reason within 7 working days after the day on which you received the goods. Goods that are manufactured or supplied as special order cannot be cancelled. Some items may be subject to a re-stocking or handling charge on items that are not in our stocked portfolio. The maximum re-stocking charge would be 20% of the total net price of the product in question. You must return the goods at your expense in an unused, undamaged condition. We will refund your money immediately or in any case within 30 days of cancellation.
If you exercise your right of cancellation after the goods have been delivered to you, you must return the goods to us at your own cost, in unused and otherwise re-saleable condition and in the original packaging.
The goods must be returned to the address shown below.
Once you have notified us that you are cancelling the contract, we will refund or re-credit you for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods within 30 days.

We will acknowledge your complaint within 2 working days, and will try to resolve the problem immediately or in any case within 5 working days. You will always be kept informed of the progress of your complaint. Your Statutory Rights are not affected.
We reserve the right to vary these terms and conditions at any time but, in respect of any ordered goods, the terms and conditions which apply shall be those which you accepted when you placed your order. Otherwise, no alteration of these terms and conditions shall apply unless previously agreed in writing. A contract is formed between us and yourselves, i.e. accepted, when (and not before) we have received settlement of your credit/debit card payment. Pictures, illustrations or descriptions or any other information submitted or contained in this website were correct as of time of entry.
The company can refuse to process, accept or handle any order received for any reason at anytime.
The contract shall be governed by the laws of England and the English Courts will have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from the contract. The contract will be concluded in the English language only.
